At JUCY Cleanse, we prioritize the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the natural and perishable nature of our juices, we do not offer standard refunds. However, we are happy to provide a replacement if your order arrives damaged or not as expected.
We assess each case individually. If the damage is minor and the products are still usable, a replacement will be offered. If the damage is severe to the point the juice is completely unusable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
